According to me the five most important management traits are: a) Employee appreciation- An organization runs because the employees work in it. So good management teams know the benefit of respecting the employees. Appreciation can be both intrinsic and extrinsic. When an employee feels appreciated then he works in a more motivated manner and this in turn helps the company. Appreciating the employees also boosts the confidence and morale. There is job satisfaction among the employees which is a very good growth sign for the employees.
